Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Any orders received after 5 PM PST will be processed the following business day, Monday through Friday. Yarrow Medicinals LLC ships via USPS and is unable to send shipments on US holidays.

All orders are only available for shipment within the US. Once processed they typically arrive within 1-7 business days. Please see below for our shipping rates.

Tracking information will provided in your order confirmation email, please refer to this if there is a delay. Yarrow Medicinals LLC cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

Returns & Refund Policy

Yarrow Medicinals wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are displeased with your product we are happy to accept returns within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund or store credit applicable to any products sold through our website.

Products from the Apothecary can not be returned with less than 75% of the original product remaining. All art must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. 

To make a return please contact us with your order number. We will assist you with processing your return and a free shipping label will be provided for your purchased item. Following receipt of your shipping label you can drop it off at any USPS location.

Once your return has been received and accepted please allow 3 -5 business days for a refund to be appear on your original method of payment.
